Fantasy Scouting Report: San Francisco 49ers

Niners Nation and the 49ers are off to a hot start.
Frank Gore – Remains a definite start. The 49ers offensive line seemed to show more flow last weekend and will look to improve again this weekend. This is definitely his biggest test of the year and the Williams Wall is a tough one. However, Gore is in that class of backs you start every week no matter what.

Isaac Bruce – He’s turning into Shaun Hill’s go to guy. He’s not flashy but he is going to see a lot of 4th quarter passes his way, meaning more fantasy points for you. People will point and laugh at you for starting Bruce, but you’ll get the last laugh with the W.

49ers defense – The 49ers defense is aggressive meaning more chance for sacks and turnovers. They have contained two solid offenses the last two weeks and will be gearing up to shut down Adrian Peterson this weekend. The run defense has been a strength, so that leaves Nate Clements and Shawntae Spencer out on islands ready to stop Favre.
Niners Nation, like the name says, is for Niners fans.
