A key late interception and a touchdown off a blocked punt allow the Hawkeyes to defeat a Penn State team looking for revenge for a stunning last second upset last year. Final score is 21-10 and another top 5 team knocked off.

Charlie Weis sat down Jimmy Clausen but brought him back in the final part of the fourth quarter and Clausen went 6-9 and hit Kyle Rudolph for a touchdown on a fourth down play against Purdue.
Curiously, Purdue called a time out when Notre Dame was hustling to get off a third down play with about :39 seconds left in the game. It gave the Irish a much needed breather and helped set up the final play.

SB Nation Texas Tech blog Double T Nation predicted this game would be a bigger defensive battle than most people expected and even after a few quick touchdowns that looked prophetic. Then the Red Raiders started running the ball and put some real points on the board wearing the Cougars down. However, Houston kicked a field goal in the final seconds of the first half and gained a bit of momentum before they ran into the locker room.

Let’s be clear: the Gators are on pace to beat the Wildcats by the score of 124-0. Of course, Tim Tebow would never run up the score like this because he’s gracious in victory. All jokes aside, this is even more amazing if Tebow and some of his teammates really are sick.
Other statistical curiosities: Florida is outgaining Kentucky in total yardage, 223 to negative-1, and Tim Tebow has rushed for more yards than he’s passed (79 and 75, respectively).
