Chad Pennington Leaves Game With Injury

If Miami is planning to comeback against the Chargers, they will have to do so without Chad Pennington. The floppy-haired starting QB was forced from the game late in the 3rd quarter with an apparent shoulder injury, and he will not return.

Interestingly, it was Chad Henne that took over under center for the Dolphins, and not Pat White. Henne was listed as the team’s third QB today, only to be used in case of emergency. Per NFL rules, this means White can no longer play in the game, and the Dolphins have no more QBs on their roster after Henne.
