Brace Yourselves for a Shoot-Out in Washington This Sunday

It’s Monday morning, which means it’s already time to look ahead to Week 4. (Especially when your team just lost to the Lions.) And boy are we in for a 1:00 treat at FedEx Field when the Bucs travel north to play the Redskins.

↵

The offensive numbers for these two inept teams are staggering: 10 total touchdowns over six combined games (four for the Skins, which matches Peyton’s total from last night alone) and just about 13 points per game, making them the two worst point-producers in the NFC not named the “Rams.” Although the Bucs have averaged 13.7 points to the Skins 13.3, which means Tampa will win by 0.4 on Sunday.

↵If Jim Zorn can find a way to lose to a rookie QB in Detroit, he can damn sure figure out how to lose by fractions of a point.
