Kings G Evans Strains Knee, Will Have MRI This Afternoon

As first reported by Sacramento beat writer Sam Amick, Tyreke Evans strained his knee this morning and will apparently have an MRI performed on the knee later today. And the Kings just confirmed:

Tyreke has a left knee strain and will have an MRI on his left knee this afternoon.

For everyone's sake, let's hope the injury isn't serious. If only so we can enjoy more pieces like the Chalice of Point Guard Purity and spirited debates with John Hollinger about arcane statistics. Pure Point Rating!
