Brian Burke Speaks About Possible Moves

“I’ve got nothing to say about any of it,’’ said Burke, when asked if he were on the verge of adding Kessel, a restricted free agent, to his roster. “Sorry, I’m just not going to go there.’’With the moves that Burke made yesterday to reacquire his second round pick, Burke has set himself up for an offer sheet that can range anywhere from $3-4 million.

The Boston Globe is also reporting this morning that the Predators and Rangers are having talks with the Bruins to acquire Kessel. The Bruins are looking to resign him at a cap hit of about $3.75 million per year.
