What do Carlos Boozer, Trevor Ariza, Gilbert Arenas, Michael Redd, and Monta Ellis have in common? If you said, “they all played in the NBA’s rookie game at All-Star Weekend!” then you obviously didn’t read the headline. They all began their career as afterthought additions from the second round.
