Oklahoma tight end Jermaine Gresham will miss the rest of the season after having surgery to repair torn cartilage in his right knee.Coach Bob Stoops said that doctors determined during an arthroscopic surgery Tuesday that they needed to stitch together the cartilage in Gresham’s knee. Stoops said Gresham will need five months to recover.
If you care to count, that’s now two major stars the Sooners have lost in, what, two days? This is not the calculus for a successful season.
