Call me a curmudgeon, but it saddens me to think about the decline of real bona fide feature-writing journalism. Blame the lack of resources, the 24-hour news cycle or whatever you want, but there are very few writers out there who take the time to deliver vivid feature writing about a newsworthy topic.

↵Amick writes how Evans is living in a tiny house with his longtime friend Dwayne Davis and his strength and conditioning coach Lamont Peterson, who, along with Evans’ three brothers and cousin are tasked with making Evans’ life as simple as possible.
