Bill Elliott and Kenny Schrader Could Be In Bud Shoot Out

That’s right.

Bill could be driving the #6 car of David Ragan and Kenny could be driving the #82 car of Scott Speed because neither Ragan and Speed qualify for the race where as both Elliott and Schrader do who are a former Cup Champion and Bud Shootout Winner respectively.
