Colt McCoy ‘Getting Treatment,’ Will Be ‘Reevaluated’ At Halftime

If this BCS Championship game is indeed an episode of Friday Night Lights, then the script would next call for Colt McCoy, injured superstar quarterback, to make miraculous return in the second half. And while there’s still no signs that will happen, Lisa Salters’ report at least gives hope. Apparently McCoy is “getting treatment” and will be “reevaluated” by Texas at the half.

Also, there is this: Joe Scarborough, of MSNBC’s Morning Joe, is reporting that a source told him McCoy has a broken collarbone.
