Ben Roethlisberger Injury: Pic And Video Of Steelers QB’s Bloody Nose

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger took a shot from Baltimore Ravens DT Haloti Ngata and DE Terrell Suggs while attempting to throw a pass in the first quarter of Sunday Night Football. Roethlisberger left the field with a visibly crooked nose, dabbing blood with a towel as it streamed down his face.

Roethlisberger has returned to play, administering a Pittsburgh three-and-out largely from the shotgun before returning to the sidelines. He’s now back out again. He also has an injured foot, which bothered him in practice throughout the week. A bone is broken in his right foot, an injury that has nagged him off and on for years now.

Roethlisberger is two of five tonight for 19 yards. He missed the team's first game against the Ravens due to his season-opening suspension, when the Ravens sacked QB Charlie Batch twice. The Steelers are now ranked 24th in the NFL in sacks allowed with 29.
