I mean, imagine watching a special-interest puff piece about how Chauncey Billups really likes to shoot threes, or how it has been Gerald Green’s lifelong dream to balance a cupcake on the rim and blow out its candle. While All-Star Weekend is trivial and fun-filled, the Olympics are deadly serious and completely humorless. They both have their place.
