Anthony Perosh Gets Four Fight UFC Deal

Australian native Anthony Perosh has signed a four fight deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championships according to Infinite MMA:

Less than 48 hours after his second round TKO loss to Mirko Crocop, Australian MMA fighter Anthony Perosh has secured himself a brand new 4-fight deal with the UFC.

Perosh’s skills probably aren’t up to par with the UFC’s heavyweight or light heavyweight division so this move was likely made as a good will gesture following Perosh not only taking a fight with Mirko on a little over one day’s notice but also sticking out a beating and refusing to quit even when a nasty cut gave him a completely legitimate excuse to get out of the cage as the doctors asked if he could continue.

I’d be shocked to see Perosh stick around for all four fights on the deal, but maybe he can focus on his career and get things going his way now that he has been given this opportunity.
