How About The Kid? Joey Logano Moves Up To 8th In Points

We said going into this season that Joey Logano was a darkhorse for the Chase.

↵He may be more than that.

↵Logano had another good run on Sunday in Las Vegas, finishing sixth to move to eighth in the Sprint Cup standings after three weeks.

↵It’s early, Logano feels if he can pass the Atlanta test – where he struggled last season – then “that’s really going to say something to me.”

↵“I tell you, you keep getting top-10s and closer to the top five, eventually the wins are going to come,” he said. “I’m pretty pumped up about how we did here.”
