Joakim Noah Out Until All-Star Break With Plantar Fasciitis
However, they received a bit of bad news earlier this week, as starting center Joakim Noah went down with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. He tried to play through the pain in his last two games, but was largely ineffective, so the Bulls have decided to shut him down until the all-star break.
To make matters worse, coach Vinny Del Negro warned K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune that plantar fasciitis doesn't necessarily go away with rest, meaning Noah could be hampered by this injury for much longer.
