The backfield that plies its trade across the street from our office here in Charlotte is at it once again. In the past, we’ve lauded them in this space for their awesome fan club. Now DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart are ready to serenade you with some R. Kelly. ↵

Panthers’ Double Trouble Backfield Sings Some R. Kelly
↵
↵Williams clearly wins this duet. Although Stewart made a strong push at the finish.↵↵Speaking of the fan club, Williams had some interesting thoughts on the Double Trouble site about the recent release of Brad Hoover. (Sic implied throughout):↵
↵↵⇥Hey trouble makers I want to rant a little about the release if hooooooover. That was maybe the craziest move in panther history i dont care if he couldnt run or couldnt catch to save his life but the guy blocks his butt off. He and Stew have single handly pro longed my career and i can never thank him enough for that. I feel like i lost my brother the other day when they let him go. So to honor him (when i remember) im going to sport his jersey in support of him. I know at the end of the day its a business but damn in order to make money on a product you have to have age panther front office you dont start over duh!!!!!↵↵↵Williams wasn’t alone either. Here in Charlotte there seemed to be quite a few people unhappy about the Hoover move. It’s also unclear whether Williams actually wants to change his number for Hoover, or if he just meant he was going to wear it around at some point.↵
