Rams Met With QB Sam Bradford This Week
We’ve already learned the Redskins will be hosting him for a private workout prior to the April 22nd draft.
As it turns out, the Rams, who have the No. 1 pick in the NFL draft, actually met with Bradford this week.
Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting that Rams officials met with Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford in Florida this week.
Sources told the paper's Brian Burwell that general manager Billy Devaney and offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur met Bradford where he's working out.
It makes sense to meet with and talk to him as much as possible. If the Rams select him first overall, he’ll be the face of the franchise and pulling in over $30 million guaranteed.
