Alexander Semin skated towards Marty Turco, stick-handled and slipped to the ice during a shootout between the Dallas Stars and Washington Capitals yesterday. He managed to still get a shot out of it, but Turco was able to stop the puck and Semin’s head, which was being used almost as a battering ram. Notice the netminder’s facial expression after the play. Priceless.

↵Dallas came out on top in the end by a 4-3 score. Maybe Semin was trying to force Turco into a decision where he’d only keep either the puck or his opponent’s body out of the net. Mission unaccomplished.
