The batting intro music is the great privilege of the baseball player. Granted, there are strict limits on taste, but it’s still a regular opportunity to realize everyone’s lifelong dream. My personal favorite has always been Nationals/Yankees Nick Johnson using Justin Timberlake’s “SexyBack”, because when I think of bringing sexy back, I think Nick Johnson.

Cameron Maybin’s Got His Hands Up, They’re Playing His Song

↵
↵I may have to update that, though, because according to the Palm Beach Post, the Marlins Cameron Maybin is using Miley Cyrus' hit song "Party in the USA" as his new batting intro. ↵↵⇥Years ago in the Triple-A Pacific Coast League, Baker said future A’s pitcher Dallas Braden “came out to ‘I’m a Barbie Girl in a Barbie World.’ I think he lost a bet but he just didn’t care. It was really funny.’’↵↵↵Oh no, I must respectfully disagree. The Barbie song is too obviously campy and dumb. Using Miley is just the right combination of embarrassing, timely and random. Leave the goofy stuff to the pros, Baker.↵
