While the Predators won Game One 4-1, both teams had issues with one thing after the game, ice conditions.
The United Center had the Harlem Globetrotters on Thursday night, so the short turnaround may have affected ice conditions. That being said, nothing planned there on Saturday so ice conditions should be better for Game Two.

Nashville tied the game on a fluky goal. Dumont flipped a innocuous-looking backhander from along the right boards on goal that hopped past Niemi 1:31 into the third.
