I’m an unabashed fan of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia on FX and have been with the show from the drop. (I’ve even had the pleasure of talking about sports and the show with series creator Rob McElhenney prior to Season 4 and Season 5.) ↵↵Nothing from the show has had a greater impact on the sports world than Green Man, an alter ego of Charlie’s character on the show. He pops up at sporting events all over the place. I even saw a Green Man here in Charlotte for last season’s NFL opener against the Eagles. In the NHL, it’s unlikely there’s a more notorious Green Man presence than in Vancouver, where two men have built a rabid following. That action has been carried into the playoffs.↵

↵Seeing as how I have no NHL allegiance to any team, I’d like to formally throw my support behind the Canucks, based solely on the work of these upstanding men.↵↵(H/T to Total Pro Sports)↵
