  4. Sunday, Oct. 3 -- at Green Bay
  5. Sunday, Oct. 10 -- St. Louis
  6. Sunday, Oct. 1 7 -- at N.Y. Giants

All things considered, it’s not a bad draw for Detroit, who showed some signs of life last year under new head coach Jim Schwartz, and with rookie QB Matt Stafford. Now, both men will return with more experience, and what looks like a reasonably favorable schedule to work with. For more on the Lions, check out SB Nation’s Pride of Detroit.
