Sharks Even Series At 2-2 With OT Victory

Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Joe Pavelski scored the game-winning goal 10:24 into overtime, as the San Jose Sharks defeated Colorado, 2-1, in Game 4 of their Western Conference quarterfinal series.

Pavelski found a loose puck in the slot and fired a wrister over the glove of Craig Anderson to even up the series.

Dan Boyle, whose blunder in overtime gave the Avalanche the win in Sunday's Game 3, scored on the man advantage for the top-seeded Sharks, while Evgeni Nabokov made 33 saves.

Paul Stastny netted a power-play goal for Colorado, which received a 43-save effort from Anderson.

Game 5 is scheduled for Thursday in San Jose.
