Ben Roethlisberger Drama Now Eminem Lyrical Fodder

The story of Ben Roethlisberger’s sexual assault allegations has pretty much reached its logical terminus, now that he’s been disciplined by the league and the Steelers have opted not to trade him. That doesn’t mean that the drama has disappeared from the public consciousness. Indeed, the pop culture first responders have arrived to continue to riff on the salacious details.â†µ

â†µâ†µSouth Park was the first to weigh in. Of course, those from the world of hip-hop, always more than willing to work the topical into their material, were not going to be far behind. Even among his peers, Eminem is known for trying to work in the big celebrity scandals of the moment into his rhymes. And here he is in his latest freestyle referencing Roethlisberger’s wild night in Milledgeville. (Obviously NSFW audio.)â†µ

He isn’t necessarily saying Big Ben is guilty of sexual assault so much as just making fun of the fact that he’s nasty for having got it on in a public bathroom. That’s more objective than most things you’ll find in an Internet comment section.â†µ
