2010 Quail Hollow Championship: Anthony Kim Is Early First Round Leader; Tiger Woods Is Even

The first round of the 2010 Quail Hollow Championship in Charlotte, NC is underway, with the first groups having teed off at 7 a.m. this morning in unseasonably cool temperatures (low 40’s in the south, in April = not normal).

The first few groups have made the turn, or are nearing it, and the early leader is Anthony Kim, who is 5-under through eight. He’s posted a flawless scorecard thus far, which features five birdies.

Nick Watney sits in second at 3-under through eight, followed by a host of players currently under par, including David Duval and Billy Mayfair.

Not under par (yet) is noted golf enthusiast Tiger Woods, who is even through seven holes.
