Tiger Still Can’t Follow The Rules

Just look at that photo from yesterday’s practice round at Augusta National. People like Tiger Woods disgust me. We don’t expect much, guys. Basic, human decency is all we ever asked. How can this guy live with himself? Will he ever learn? It’s just a complete lack of respect for the standards of a civilized society.
