Kansas star freshman Xavier Henry has made it official.

He’s entering the NBA draft.
Henry announced the move at a press conference this afternoon flanked by his coach, Bill Self, and brother, C.J.
This marks the first one-and-done player for Kansas. Self said he “wouldn’t lose any sleep” over Henry’s declaration instead saying he was happy for him.
“I think it’s definitely worth it to have a guy in your program for just one year if he’s a guy with the character of Xavier,” Self said.
Where Henry will go in the draft is debatable, he says.
“I’ve heard everything from eighth to 28th,” he said. “But as long as I work hard, I’m going to get what I deserve. That’s what I believe.”
