NBA Admits Refs Missed Foul Call On Durant Late

The

NBA

admitted Wednesday what every Oklahoma City fan knew for sure on Tuesday. The refs in the Thunder-Jazz game missed a critical foul call on Kevin Durant on the final play.

“On the final play of last night’s Oklahoma City-Utah game, the officials missed a foul committed by the Jazz’s C.J. Miles on the Thunder’s Kevin Durant during a 3-point shot attempt,” Joel Litvin, the NBA president of league and basketball operations, said in a statement.

With the loss, the Thunder fell into a tie with San Antonio for seventh in the Western Conference. Considering that apology does nothing to help OKC in their quest for seeding, I’m sure this doesn’t do much for them.
