At this point we need to start making every Raptor wear masks for the rest of the season. One game after Chris Bosh's face was fractured by an errant elbow, Hedo Turkoglu received a nasal contusion courtesy of a Tony Allen headbutt and left Toronto's 115-104 loss to the Celtics.
Not In The Face: Hedo Turkoglu Leaves Raptors’ Loss With Nasal Contusion
He was diagnosed with a nasal contusion, and did not return to the game. Instead, he became the second Raptor in as many days to endure a CT scan, heading to Mount Sinai Hospital. And that pretty much ended Turkoglu’s return to the starting lineup.
No word on how serious the injury is and whether or not Hedo will miss any time. The Raptors have now lost three straight as they struggle to hold on to the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference
