Per TMZ.com, the district attorney stated that there was “insufficient evidence of corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition for proof beyond reasonable doubt.”
Dillon still faces charges of driving under the influence stemming from his April 21 arrest, and is scheduled to appear in court at the end of next month.
