Let’s See What Brett Favre Is Up To These Days
During a visit to his alma mater in Hattiesburg, Brett Favre told the [Southern Miss] Golden Eagles’ baseball team that if they make it to the College World Series this year, he’ll be back in the NFL in 2010.
Over the past few years I’ve progressed from liking Brett Favre, to being annoyed by Brett Favre, to being really annoyed by Brett Favre, and today is the day I finally begin delighting in his antics. Essentially, he’s trolling Vikings fans, football fans, and anyone who picks up the sports section. He’s doing so creatively and without restraint, and it’s something to be appreciated.
This feels good, and I doubt I’m the first to reach this point of clarity. I feel like Siddhartha at the end of the book.
