Duncan Keith, And The Latest Case Of Losing Teeth In An NHL Game

Allow me to present this, a picture of the Blackhawks’s Duncan Keith after Sunday’s Game 4 win against the Sharks, as just the most recent example as to why I would never have been able to make it as a hockey player. Or any kind of activity that had the potential of teeth injuries, really.

↵In all, Keith lost seven teeth. And then, of course, played the third period. Because he’s a hockey player, you see.

↵UPDATE: If you’d like to read more about Keith’s injury -- which features descriptions like, “I saw a couple [teeth] fall out and I had one in the back of my throat. I could feel it and coughed it out. A bunch of them disintegrated it felt like.” -- then head over here.
