Florentino Perez Announces Real Madrid Agreement With Jose Mourinho
In a press conference this evening Madrid-time, Pérez announced that the team had finished its Manuel Pellegrini stage, commending the work-ethic of the Chilean coach, while confirming Mourinho as his replacement, pending negotiations with Inter Milan.
In rough translation of what was announced in Marca, today:
Pellegrini moved to Real Madrid from Villareal last summer after unprecedented success with the Yellow Submarine. He is replaced by Mourinho, who confirmed on Saturday his intention to leave Italian football.
