Rajon Rondo Leaves Game 6 After Taking Hard Fall

In the first quarter of Friday night's Game 6 between the Celtics and Magic, postseason spark plug Rajon Rondo suffered a hard fall near the baseline. The injury seems to be located in his lower back area.

The Boston point guard remained on the court to shoot two free throws, then subsequently left the game. There’s no word yet as to the extent of the injury; hopefully, Rondo can return before the end of the game and the injury won’t linger.

Here’s video of the injury, (hat tip to @jose3030):

Stay tuned for updates on Rondo’s status.
