Alessio Sakara has pulled out of his UFC 7/3 fight with Nate Marquardt due to the death of his father.

It’s unfortunate to not get to see Sakara fight Marquardt, but obviously no one would begrudge Alessio his time to grieve after his loss.

SB Nation’s thoughts go out to Sakara and his family.
