. The plaintiff? Philadelphia Dan Carcillo.Dan Carcillo got into a scrum with the Bruins’ Marc Savard after he slashed Flyers goalie Brian Boucher. Savard got a penalty, but Carcillo felt he had been bitten – without drawing blood.

“Last time I have been bit was in grade school,” Carcillo said. “It is not a good feeling. It is pretty cowardly.”

For his part, Savard says its the other way around and Carcillo was trying to pull out his teeth. Carcillo, channeling his inner-five-year-old, makes Savard out to be a liar and reaffirms that it was he who was wronged in the matter.

“Oh yeah, that’s what I try to do when I get into a scrum is try to pull people’s teeth out,” Carcillo said. “Whatever. He bit me.”
