A Youngstown television station is reporting that incoming Ohio State freshman Jamel Turner suffered multiple gunshot wounds in an incident that left a young woman dead. Turner is alive and is in critical condition. Per WKBN:
Police are searching for another 18-year-old, Melvin Shaw, as a person of interest in this case.
