Didier Drogba Hopes Surgery Will Have Him Back For Portugal Match
The Ivorian striker broke his ulna in Friday’s friendly against Japan. Originally, it was thought the Chelsea star would miss the World Cup; however, now comes word that Drogba will have surgery with the hopes of returning to the pitch for Cote d’Ivoire’s June 15 opener against Portugal.
Drogba expects to return to the team in ten days.
