According to the New York Daily News, former Giants running back Tiki Barber is being sued by Tricera Revolution, a chain of fitness centers that signed him to an endorsement deal, has claimed that it would not have entered into said arrangement had the company known he wasn’t really engaged in a happy marriage at the time.

↵↵Tricera Revolution says it entered the deal with Barber in part because he said his wife and he took cycling spinning classes together. The company now says he’s alienating customer because it has become known Barber left his pregnant wife for a former NBC intern, and is seeking a divorce.
↵↵I must say that I feel similarly miffed about Barber’s deception. At no point during his tenure on The Today Show, or even his involvement with NBC’s Football Night in America would I have turned in had I known Barber was in anything less than full-on connubial bliss. So if anyone wants to get that class action lawsuit paperwork started, I’m more than willing to sign something.
