As anyone who was Twitter Wednesday night can tell you, a lot of people like to complain about what they’re watching on the ESPYs. That of course begs the question ... so why are you watching?
Drew Brees, Landon Donovan Big Winners At The ESPY Awards
↵Drew Brees was the man of the evening, taking home awards for male athlete of the year, best championship performance, NFL player and shared the team award with the rest of the Saints. Landon Donovan picked up three awards as well for best moment, best MLS player and the performance under pressure award ... which sounds like something silly until you remember you’re talking about the ESPYs.
↵Other than that it was a lot of awkward conversations, weird pairings and Tiger Woods jokes. Just like your 4th of July family barbecue.
