Sam Amick of AOL Fanhouse is reporting on twitter that the Los Angeles Clippers have selected Vinny Del Negro as their next head coach.
Vinny Del Negro To Take Over Clippers, According To Reports
Del Negro was fired by the Chicago Bulls in May after going 82-82 in two seasons. Del Negro replaces interim coach Kim Hughes, who stood in for Mike Dunleavy after he stepped down in February.
Del Negro reportedly beat out Mavs assistant Dwane Casey for the position.
