Jozy Altidore is on for Edson Buddle, Benny Feilhaber has been replaced by Sacha Kljestan, while Brad Guzan is in goal for Tim Howard.
At the beginning of the half, Alexandre Pato almost compounded Omar Gonzalez’s debut struggles, beating the central defender but ultimately putting an open shot wide of Guzan’s net.
