MLB Draft Deadline: Pirates Sign Number Two Pick Jameson Taillon
Jameson Taillon has signed a contract with the Pirates, his father, Michael Taillon, just told the Post-Gazette.
There’s no word yet on the money, but the magnitude of Taillon’s contract isn’t as important as the fact that such a contract exists in the first place. Taillon was the second overall selection in the draft, and the top available pitcher in the country.
