McAllister is a 22 year old righty starter who’s spent the season with AAA Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. In 24 starts and 132.2 innings, he’s managed 88 strikeouts and 38 walks with a 5.09 ERA. Not blessed with standout speed, he still sits in the low 90s with his fastball, and throws strikes while featuring a pretty good breaking ball. He’s got a good shot at ending up in the back of a big league rotation.
