Monday, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning said he will play Saturday in a preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens.

“I’m feeling great,” Manning said before practice. “Ready, excited about getting out to practice today and getting back into the action.”

Manning missed last weekend's preseason game against Pittsburgh after needing 12 stitches to close a cut in his head received during the preseason opener with the New York Jets.

Brandon Jacobs also returned to practice Monday for the Giants and hopes to play on Saturday.
