2010 Bridgestone Invitational, Round 3: Tee Times And Leaderboard Updates

Round 3 of the Bridgestone Invitational is underway, and Retief Goosen finds himself at the top of a crowded leaderboard. He leads at 7-under entering Saturday’s play, but eleven players are within three strokes of him.

The closest challengers are Phil Mickelson and Justin Leonard at 6-under. Peter Hanson, Bo Van Pelt, and Bubba Watson stand at 5-under.

Some players with early tee times have already finished their third-round play. Noted golfing enthusiast Tiger Woods, who is still playing only because the Bridgestone Invitational doesn’t have a cut, shot a 75 early Saturday to keep him all the way back to 78th place. Thanks to five bogeys and a double-bogey, this was his worst round yet.

So far, Heath Slocum is making the biggest impact in Round 3. After posting an unimpressive 75 in Round 1, he rallied with a 68 in Round 2, and he’s 4-under through 12 holes on Saturday. This puts him six strokes behind the lead, though he’s still back in 29th place.

Here are the tee times for the golfers who haven’t yet started their rounds. All times Eastern.

1:05 - Paul Casey, Matt Kuchar
1:15 - Lucas Glover, Miguel Jimenez
1:25 - Adam Scott, Nick Watney
1:35 - Bo Van Pelt, Bubba Watson
1:45 - Peter Hanson, Phil Mickelson
1:55 - Retief Goosen, Justin Leonard
