Pro Bowl defensive tackle Darnell Dockett signed a four-year extension with the Arizona Cardinals worth $48 million with $30 million guaranteed.

Dockett had two years remaining on his contract before signing the extension. He is now signed with the team through the 2015 season.

Dockett was named to the Pro Bowl in the 2007 and 2009 seasons. He tied Reggie White's Super Bowl record of three sacks facing the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII.
