Durant is 8-for-13 from the field with a team-leading five rebounds to put the United States up at halftime, 42-27. Russell Westbrook and Lamar Odom have each chipped in six points.
Martynas Pocius is Lithuania’s biggest threat so far, leading his team at the half with 11 points and four rebounds.
Provided Team USA holds on for the win, they will face the winner of Serbia Turkey in the tournament final on Sunday.
