    Vanderbilt Seals 28-14 Upset Over Ole Miss With Interception

    On Saturday, Vanderbilt surprised the SEC with a 28-14 win over Ole Miss in Oxford. An interception in the final minutes sealed the win for the Commodores, who now have their first win under head coach Robbie Caldwell.

    This game was decided by the turnover battle, which Vandy won 3-0. They were enough to down Ole Miss, despite having accrued 385 offensive yards to Vanderbilt’s 300.

    Vanderbilt’s bid to upset SEC rival Ole Miss has grown stronger with a 28-14 fourth-quarter lead, thanks to a bootleg touchdown run from quarterback Larry Smith.
